1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.bwpool.ca) and purchases made through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website and place orders.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Creating an account is optional but allows access to exclusive features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

6. PAYMENT
We accept payments via secure payment processing platforms, including Moneris, Shopify-integrated gateways, Interac e-transfer, and cash. All transactions are processed securely.

7. SHIPPING
We ship to addresses within Canada via Canpar Courier and other select shipping partners. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are determined by ‘Zones’ and will be shown at checkout. Please inquire to determine which Zone applies to your shipping address. Zone charges are subject to change at any time.

We do our best to ship orders in a timely manner. Our warehouse only ships on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Most orders ship within one business day from time of order.

Orders may be picked up from our St. Agatha warehouse. Please be sure to arrange pickup and confirm your order with us prior to arrival

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns. Items must be unused, in their original condition, including their original packaging, unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error, or unless otherwise agreed upon. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@bwpool.ca.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the property of Billiard Wholesalers Canada or our licensors, and we welcome you to reproduce, share, and use this content to promote your products, support the game of billiards, and generally advance the industry we all depend on. We only ask that you don't misrepresent the content, don't use it to imply endorsement where none exists, and don't use it in a way that damages the brands or the industry it's meant to serve.

Where content includes trademarks, brand assets, or other intellectual property owned by third-party licensors, this permission is granted solely to the extent Billiard Wholesalers Canada is authorized to grant it. Such licensors retain all rights in their respective marks and content and may independently restrict, condition, or withdraw use at any time, regardless of any permission granted herein. Billiard Wholesalers Canada assumes no liability for any use of third-party content that a licensor deems unauthorized, and reliance on this section as blanket permission from a licensor's perspective is at the user's own risk.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billiard Wholesalers Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
