SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within Canada via Canpar Courier and other select shipping partners. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are determined by ‘Zones’ and will be shown at checkout. Please inquire to determine which Zone applies to your shipping address. Zone charges are subject to change at any time.

Zone 3: $24.95 (reg. $41.00)
Zone 4: $29.95 (reg. $51.00)

We do our best to ship orders in a timely manner. Our warehouse only ships on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Therefore, orders placed on Tuesday typically ship Wednesday, orders placed on Thursday typically ship Friday, weekend orders ship Monday. Most orders ship within one business day from time of order.

Orders may be picked up from our St. Agatha warehouse. Please be sure to arrange and confirm with us before arriving.

RETURNS

We accept returns. Items must be unused, in their original condition, including their original packaging, unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error, or unless otherwise agreed upon.
